Chef Madhu Sudan Gupta the Treasurer of the IFCA is a successful and a progressive person who started his culinary career as ChefManagement Trainee in ITDC in the year 1974 and retired as Vice President of Hotels and Corporate Chef in the year 2010. He is also a member of a prestigious international club ‘Le Club des Chefs des Chefs’. He is a veteran in the culinary field and is inspiring many young and budding chefs across the country by sharing his vast knowledge.

He has done B.A (Hons) in Mathematics, from Hindu College, Delhi University, in the year 1971. He then completed his 3 years Diploma in Hotel Management Catering and nutrition from PUSA Institute Delhi in the year 1974, paving his way to the culinary society.
